How to Invite Suppliers

As a client, you can invite and onboard your suppliers into your Wippli organisation.

Your suppliers will get connected to your Wippli organisation, or prompted to create their own Wippli account with their own username and password. After onboarding, you can share all the information necessary to complete the job and ensure smooth interactions.

Invite suppliers

To add suppliers select the plus button > Invite Supplier.

Select how you want to invite the supplier

• Email: Enter the supplier’s email, then select Invite to send an email invitation.
• Unique links: Copy, then share your unique Wippli link with your supplier.
• QR Code: Download and share your unique QR Code with your supplier.

After both accounts have been connected and the supplier has joined your Wippli organisation, you will receive a confirmation email from Wippli.
