The Wippli Stages
A Wippli task progresses automatically upon events, notifying to the ones working on it, through three main stages:
- Initiate
- Produce
- Deliver, and
- History
Initiate Stage: Setting the Foundation for Success
This first stage involves creating a comprehensive job brief, assigning the task, and providing essential resources for effective production.
"To Allocate" Container:
Upon receiving a job brief from a client, Wippli generates a task, safely located in the "To Allocate" container.
"Allocated" Container:
When a supplier accepts the Wippli task, they can either "take on" the task or delegate it to a team member. The task then moves to the "Allocated" container.
Produce Stage: Seamless Collaboration and Workflow
In this phase, clients and suppliers exchange files, proofs, and feedback to ensure a smooth, collaborative experience.
"Work in Progress" container
As clients and suppliers interact with the open Wippli—commenting, uploading files, or exchanging proofs—the task progresses to the "Work in Progress" container.
Clients can approve a Wippli Task through the Approval panel or by approving a proof. Once approved, the Wippli status updates to "Approved." Approvals can occur at any stage and are logged in the Decisions Container.
Deliver Stage: The Finishing Touches
"To Deliver" Container:
This step retains the approved Wippli task until the final files are ready for distribution.
"Delivered" Container:
Upon delivery of the final files, the Wippli task advances to the "Delivered" stage.
Wippli takes care of sending branded notifications to all the stakeholders working on a given Wippli Task.
History: Reflect and Retrieve
Once a job is complete, Wippli tasks are automatically moved to history 24 hours after the final files have been accessed.
A finished Wippli task creates a comprehensive record of all activities, from inception to completion. Access and retrieve files anytime from the history archive.
